Electrical contractor license from the State Fire Marshal; the contractor must be or actively employ full time a Wyoming licensed master electrician of record, who may serve only one company.
Doing it yourself
W.S. 35-9-123 waives the licensed installer requirement for property owned or leased by the person doing the installation when the property is not for immediate resale, but code requirements still apply.
