In Nebraska you may see one of these:

Salesperson: Works for and under the direct supervision of a licensed broker.
Associate broker: A broker employed by and under another broker.
Broker: May work independently as a self-employed broker.

A Nebraska salesperson must be employed by and under the direct supervision of a licensed broker at all times.

Active licensees must maintain a two-year errors and omissions insurance policy.
