What the license should say

In Alabama you may see one of these:

Home Inspector: Licensed to perform home inspections for a fee.
EIFS Inspector: Separate license for inspecting exterior insulation and finish systems.

All home inspectors and EIFS inspectors must hold a current license from the Division of Construction Management.

Applicants must carry liability insurance and at least $250,000 of errors and omissions coverage.
