- Natural Gas or LP Gas Installer certification
- All individuals engaged in the inspection, installation and service of propane or natural gas systems.
- Electrical Specialist C3 Refrigeration and Air Conditioning

Doing it yourself
The owner exemptions in 26 V.S.A. 910 (electrical) and 26 V.S.A. 2198 (plumbing) cover the C3 and P2 specialty work in an owner's own single family home, and no owner exemption was found for the oil burner or gas installer certifications.
